Please read this disclosure carefully before buying gold, silver, coins, or bullion on the RZK platform. Precious metals markets move. Outcomes are uncertain. RZK Precious Metals and Rare Coins LLC (“RZK,” “we,” “us”) is not giving you investment, tax, or financial advice.

1. Markets Are Volatile

The precious metals market — including gold, silver, and related collectible coins and bullion — is volatile. Spot prices and resale values can rise or fall quickly based on economic conditions, currency moves, interest rates, supply and demand, geopolitical events, and other factors outside anyone's control. Listed premiums, auction results, and exchange prices can change without notice.

2. Gains Are Not Guaranteed

Any profit, appreciation, or favorable outcome is in no way guaranteed. Past performance of gold, silver, coins, or bullion — whether on our platform or elsewhere — does not predict or guarantee future results. Items you buy today may be worth less tomorrow.

3. Losses Can Occur at Any Time

You can lose money. Market declines, wider spreads, softer demand for a particular item, grading or condition factors, and timing of a sale can all reduce what you receive if you later resell. Losses can occur at any time, including shortly after purchase.

4. We Are Not Financial Advisors

RZK and this platform are not financial advisors, investment advisers, brokers, or fiduciaries. Nothing on this website — including product pages, spot-linked pricing, auction rooms, monthly plans, educational copy, or customer support — is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a solicitation to engage in any particular strategy. You should do your own research and, if needed, consult a qualified professional about your situation.

5. What RZK Is

RZK operates a for-profit reselling web platform. We buy and sell secondhand collectibles, coins, and bullion (and may host approved third-party sellers). We are a commercial reseller of physical goods — not a bank, brokerage, fund, or investment product issuer. Purchases on the Platform are purchases of physical merchandise subject to our Terms & Conditions and identity rules in our KYC Policy.

  • Decide for yourself whether a purchase fits your goals, budget, and risk tolerance.
  • Understand that metal content, premiums, condition, rarity, and market demand all affect value — and that value can move against you.
